A variety of light lunches are available upon request. Conference guests can choose between homemade Lasagne, Chicken Pie, Hamburgers, Snitzels, Traditional Bobotie, Fish & Chips, etc. All lunches are served with a variety of salads and side dishes.
Choose between 2 course or 3 course meals. Examples of dishes we serve:
Starters: Select from a range of starters including carpaccio, fish soup, biltong & butternut soup, bruschetta and seared rump steak.
Main Course (braai): Options range from mushroom fillet, chicken espatada to rack of lamb.
Main Course (traditional SA cuisine): Options vary from oxtail pot, bobotie, green bean & tomato lamb shank stew or curried lamb sosaties (kebabs) & snoek pie.
Side Dishes: Choose from green beans, pumpkin fritters, "pap" and "shebah" (maize poridge), sweet potato, sweet corn or pumpkin bake. Freshly baked rolls and sweet homemade bread.
Salads: Choose from the following salads: Traditional Greek, Banana, Summer Citrus, Mango, Potato, Waldorf or Green Bean Salads.
Select from the following: Malva Pudding, Apple Tart, Milk Tart, Peppermint Crisp Tart, Pancakes & Ice cream & chocolate moose.
